Home Coming Year 2008 is a time to celebrate and enhance the connections and family bonds between USA and Sweden. Many people will come together to enjoy the genuine places where our ancestors used to live, the rich culture and the beautiful nature of Dalsland.

Almost half of the population in Dalsland left for America. Most of the people in Dalsland today, carry in their hearts a feeling of being connected to Swedish Americans and USA. We are now looking forward to meet with you in person and spend time together, enjoying the beautiful Swedish summer and learning about our common heritage.
